The Nkomazi Group are currently operating various retail sites in Mpumalanga, Natal and Mozambique under license from PUMA. Our Retail sites are ideally situated on all the mayor routes, covering the N4 (Gauteng via Nelspruit to Mozambique) and the N2 (Gauteng via Pongola & Richards bay).
We offer well managed ablution & parking facilities in addition to our convenience stores, and various fast food offerings, to enhance your travel experience. The real key to our retail success is providing great service, which begins with our on-going staff training programmes, and providing a safe environment for our customers and staff, 24 hours a day.
We can only achieve this by having a great Management team at our retail sites, dedicating to providing the highest standards of customer service.
We also provide our customers a comprehensive “Fuel account” solution that provides the customer access to his fuel account 24/7. We are actively seeking to increase our capacity in this regard.
All these sites have either been upgraded already or are still in the process. The number of staff involved in this division, in the RSA and Mozambique amounts to approximately 240 employees. All staff at the various stations are recruited from the area in which the station is situated thus giving a direct advantage to that community.
